I think it's a score/gloat anyway. not a crazy low price, but a darn good price for an excellent condition Performax 22-44 Plus on Closed Stand. It looks barely used. Got it for $650. I searched for a good 12 months before finding the right combination of excellent condition and decent price. I missed a few other ones by mere minutes, but was lucky enuf to snag this one. I'm loving it, can't wait use it next week.

I would have been happy at $850. Great score.

That's a great deal Craig. It looks very clean too, like it was hardly used

You got a great deal. I have the same unit and like it a lot. It took a while to learn about proper feed speeds and material removal as slower is not necessarily better. I learned that the hard way by burning paper too frequently. There's a lot of good info on that machine here on the creek, so read up and put that baby to use. I recently used mine to make QSWO veneers for Stickly mission style table legs about .080" thick and they came out perfectly.

That's a great deal!! I just bought the same sander with the open stand yesterday for $900 and have been smiling since... At the price you paid I'd have gotten blistering drunk last night...lol Well done..!!!!
