Door Jig ID and Value

What is this and what is value? I suspect it might be from the 60s or 70s

It's a door hinge template jig, I happen to have been given the same one by a friends dad who retired, not sure what the value might be.

That butt hinge template kit was sold by Sears under the Craftsman name in the 70s & 80s. The early ones had aluminum connector rails, later ones had steel connector rails. They sell between $10 to $30 on Ebay.
