This semester of college I am taking another wood course (why not, right?) and it happens to be taught by Steve Latta. Cant wait to see what kinda work I can put out this semester. I'll hint that it made contain a huge burl slab or many smaller ones, with some inlay work this semester.

Oh Man! A whole semester with Steve!
You are one lucky son-of-a-gun! I have only had him for an hour at a time during SAPFM summer conferences, and really enjoyed his teaching style.

Ask him when he posed for this sculpture found in the Lancaster, PA town square. It is a war memorial, and this soldier is the spitting image of steve.

I have him for the semester at Millersville university. He really knows his stuff.
