Ok, so I am cutting some card stock and need a waved line but every time I cut it I get chatter on the cut see picture below. I have tried to draw a line and then curve it with tools I have distorted a line can’t seem to get rid of the chatter.

Speed too high. What speed are you using? Slow it down and use less power and see if that corrects it.

Even though it shouldn't matter, make sure to set your dpi to the highest level.
If you don't think it matters, run a test circle at the lowest dpi and see what happens.

What does the lines look like when viewed using wireframe mode in CD? Do you see smooth sweeping lines when zoomed in or are the lines actually zagged like they cut? If the lines are zagged you may have too many nodes in them making them zagged instead of smooth. I have had this happen when myself and had to spend a good deal of time cleaning up nodes and smoothing remaining ones to have a smooth sweeping line rather than one that cut like a handsaw blades toothed edge - straight but zigzagged going straight.

Nodes would be my guess, too.. especially if this is a traced line.
You should only need one node at each point between curves and
one at each end. It looks as if your curve is a series of straight lines,
each marked by a node.

Same here, drawing problem by the look of it.

Draw a Circle and Rectangle and cut... That will split out the problem to.... Artwork, Speed, Nodes, Bearings, Encoder, air assist blowing or DPI..... My money is on a ODD number DPI, something not a match with 1200 DPI. 150, 300, 600.....

Troubleshoot this just like the Carvewright...
