Looking for size of arbor wrench for a DW 9in radial arm saw. Anyone have a source? Sears parts close enough to work?

Are you looking for the arbor wrench, or the nut?
For the arbor, a piece of thick sheet steel cut with a hack saw works.
For the nut, I use a Crescent wrench. (Adjustable)

The hex nut wrench is 1", the arbor wrench is 5/16" Allen.

Yes. The arbor shaft is 5/8", using a one inch wrench to tighten the arbor nut. You immobilize the arbor shaft with a 5/16 allen wrench, placed in the end of the arbor shaft. Original was a long handled allen wrench. Difficult to find. I use a piece of tubing as the allen wrench handle.

Just a note for archival purposes, the earlier DeWalt series like the MBC & F’s used a dual open- end wrench system with a 1” arbor nut and a 9/16” wide pair of flats ground on the shaft. In later versions the 1” arbor nut was kept but the arbor end was broached out to a 5/16” female hex, thus the Allen wrench.
