Hey everyone, I am needing a particular photo for my sister, we lost my niece in July to cancer, she had made a trip to Cabo San Lucas with her sister and my daughter the year before she was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. I know we have people on this forum from all over and I really need help. My sister is wanting to use a photo for her headstone that my niece had on her cell phone as her background, the problem is, it is way too small. I am attaching the photo that I need but in a much larger format. I have searched the web, google, fotolia . . . etc. but with no luck. I can't make my sister's pain stop but if I could find this photo, it would help her alittle. Thank you all for any help, time or trouble you may go to, God Bless.

James & Zelma....So sorry for your loss. I'm not a photographer but I'm sure there are some on SMC. Someone should be able to tell you how to take that small image and enlarge it to any size your sister needs and still be in sharp focus.
Just my 2 cents.

James and Zelma, have you tried doing a Google image search for "Cabo San Lucas"? Those rock arches are pretty iconic to the town, so there must be some very high quaility images of them on the Web. Just a thought. Good luck,

Eric, we have, and there are a lot of photos out there just not one from this angle, with the sand the rocks and the water then the big rocks. NO luck so far.

Get a quote from a photo restoration site, to have it up-sized.

There are 100's of photos of that area on the net, but the chances of finding that exact spot seem pretty slim.

Agree . . . I knew it was a long shot, but it was worth a try.

Go here http://www.pbase.com/search?q=Cabo+San+Lucas&b=Search+Photos&c=sp

There are 100s of them, when you find one you like you can send a message to the person and ask if you can use it.

There are a lot of beautiful photos out there but so far not the right one. Thank you all so much for trying to help. My sister told me she was ready to concede that it is not meant to be, so she will find another photo. Thanks again for all you help!

How close does it have to be?

If you knew where the picture was shot from, you can go to google maps and select an option that says "photos" and it will show you all the photos people have taken and geotagged with that location. So it may open up some other options.

Do you really mean bigger, because this is bigger:

Or do you mean MORE of the scene?

No, she wants this photo but it was so small when they blew it up to put on the backside of the 48 inche monument it became pixeled.
