I can find locally at the big box stores a #1 bit to drive Philips screws. However, I've not found anyone that carries smaller sizes like a #0. I'm not interested in sets, just the individual hex drive Philips bits.

Just Google #0 Phillips bits and you will find several sources.

If you were near the Chicago suburbs Berland's house of tools carried a brand - I think it's Iso Loc but I'm not certain - that comes in packs of 2 and seem to work very well. I have #0 & #00 as well as #1, #2 etc. Other than that, I guess Amazon or other online source. Amazon has packs of 10 for $6.85.

Google is your friend. Here's a source google found: Set of 3 (http://www.midwayusa.com/product/668444/wheeler-engineering-screwdriver-bit-0-phillips-package-of-3)

When it gets to that size, you're talking about small easy to drive screws and quality of the driver gets really important. I finally learned that and bought a set of small Wiha screwdrivers in flat and phillips. What a joy to use a screwdriver that actually fits, and is made well enough it doesn't crumble.
