Am having difficulty getting consistent quality plugs. What brands of plug cutters and counter sinks do you recommend?

Recently bought a set of plug cutters from Grizzly. Excellent quality and price. Plugs are perfect in every way. Still using a 20 year old countersink so no help there.

I like the Veritas (Lee Valley) Tapered Snug-plug cutters. With the taper, they fit nice and tight and come out of the bit with ease.
