I'm going to be in the Cincinnati area for a visit in the middle of June including a weekend. June 14th – 24th.

I'm looking for some woodworking related activities to occupy my time over the weekend of the 18th. Other suggestions are welcome too. I’ve been to the Wright Patterson Air Force museum (may go again).<o =""></o>

Possibly could do something on couple of evenings during the workweek. Don’t know what schedule during weekdays will be.<o =""></o>

our wood turning guild has their picnic on the 18th

Think of June and the Zeller Picnic Turning Contest and the time it takes green wood to dry or to plan and complete a detailed segmented piece. Time to start getting your ideas together for your entry. Simple rules: The entry must be a turned object which fits into a 10 inch by 10 inch by 10 inch box. The object may be made from one or many pieces. No rules on surface finish, carving, painting, texturing etc. only that the completed piece fits into the box as outlined above and was turned on a lathe.

that is as much i can help you
