Scaling Objects in CorelDraw

For some reason I am drawing a blank...is there a way to scale stroke & effects for objects (particularly logos) in CorelDraw X4 like there is in Illustrator?

Open up the pen outline dialog box and click on scale with image.

That will work for pen outlines, I am not sure what you mean by stroke and effects.

Ok, thanks I think that's what I was looking for. I still like Illustrator's option of scaling the stroke and effect. The stroke is basically the width of the pen like in CorelDraw.
