I have decided to purchase a used RBI when one comes on the market that seems a good value.
As there are a lot of them that have been sold over the years I want to make sure I get one in good condition as well as a design that will stand up to heavy use.
As to the first point what should I look for in terms of wear and tare?
As to the second point, I was concerned as I read a comment on a post on some forum (cant recall which) that the newer Bushton/RBI units may not be using bearings in the same points that the old units did but have switched to bushings.
Comments are welcome.
