Made a cutting from some maple scraps,One side is flat one side is ramped.Why does a cutting board always have to be flat?No more pieces of of mushrooms or onions falling off the sides.I think ill call it the pocket board.If one uses a chefs knife with good size choil shouldnt be a problem chopping.Andrew
