I think I have the Canadian equivalent to the Laguna A175017 before it went to the 1-1/4 spindle

I have a problem . It keeps cutting out. It will run for awhile and then there is small clunk and then slows down to zero rpm. Once it has settled back to zero rpm it will start again run for awhile, another small clunk and then back to zero. The clunk seems to be coming from the motor. This happen at various speeds and never runs for a set time. Sometimes it runs for a long time sometimes it will not even get up to speed. Even when it runs for awhile it does not get up to full speed. Only 2200 rpm on the high speed belt setting. It does it with the belt on or off so it can't be a spindle problem.
Here is a link to my lathe but Busy Bee has also gone to the 1-1/4 spindle

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated
Thank you

I would recommend calling Busy Bee service technicians.......tell them what is happening .......it might be the encoder in the motor or some type of motor issue where there is a problem with the stator or bearing is going bad........they can tell you how to get it fixed!

I have the Grizzly G0698 18/47 lathe and it has performed flawlessly for nearly 4 years............

Good luck!
