AAW National meeting in KC

So who is coming to Kansas City for the American Association of Woodturners convention in July???

I happen to live a few miles from the hall (stealth gloat) and would like to orgainze a get together of Sawmill Creek members if anyone is coming,

So give me a list?

I unfortunately will not be able to attend this year's AAW symposium due to personal committments. It's a shame as these events are the best thing since sliced bread from a learning standpoint. Last year's in Orlando was wonderful and the one I attended two years prior in Providence was a real eye-opener. Anyone serious about their turning should try and attend...it's worth the investment.

I concur with Jim, if you can go do it. Alas, I will not be able to attend this one, I will be up in East Glacier, Montana all summer turning bowls beside a store which sells my work. I attended the one in Prividence,and will never forget it.
