I LUV TACKLE BOXES!!...

Tackle boxes ain’t just fer tackle….They are extremely versatile for other uses…such as…..

First off, I have all the stuff I need to clean my pistols and rifles in a mid-size tackle box….pretty straight forward….nice and portable.

Next, I use a tackle box with drawers to store all my Dremel items….real easy to get at quickly and keeps all them little accessories in one location.

This next box is the same model as the Dremel Box, but it had lead a rougher life before I got it (probably had tackle in it!) It’s missing the front drawer cover and looks like someone tried to paint it silver at one time…..But, it’s still continues life as my Misc. Drill Box. Keep’s my spare bits and such nice and tidy.

These two boxes stay in one corner of my counter.

This box is my latest acquisition….and when I first saw it I knew what I wanted to use it for….It has become my Instrument Maintenance Box….I own several stringed instruments (too many according to my wife!) and every time I change strings I always clean, lube, adjust and tighten everything….This box is portable enough to use in the house or take to other locations….If I need to work further on an instrument, then I have other tools in my shop.

I added a couple of nameplates for the musical theme

This little box use to be my Instrument Box (hard to believe everything in the new box use to fit in here!) This tackle box was my birthday present 35 years ago from my wife, so it has sentimental value attached….I’ll find something to use it for again I’m sure! :)

I stored a lot of electrical components in tackle boxes....especially when I was a high voltage specialist......

No first aid kit? Maybe you need a pop rivet kit, a grab and go tool kit, or my favorite....a picture hanging kit, with various nails, screws, plastic mollies, wire, drill bits, and assorted types of hanging hardware.

Don't hold back, let your inner tackle box fetish free :).

ONE thing are missing , each box need a different number and you will need a wall chart that explain the different numbers so you can find the correct box the first time
