Oops, a mistake but wood filler will hide it. But how to hide the filler which never stains the identical shade of the unrepaired wood.

A friend of mine who does quite a bit of furniture restorations, showed me a set of stain markers or touch up pens. Nice case and probably, I guess, about 12 different shade pens. He got them years ago and thought from Woodcraft but after checking theri site without success and a few others I thought maybe some of you woudl know if some company is still selling the stain pens as a set. I know you can but individual pens from Minimax but it makes sense to get the set I think.

We used the markers from Mohwak, along with a bunch of their other products, when i worked as a touch guy for a furniture store

Think about using hide glue and sawdust for filler, it takes color better. (Titebond Hide Glue Liquid is what I use for this).
