I am doing some work with clear acrylic. I paint it, engrave through the paint, then paint again. I am trying to find a glue that I can use to securely attach the acrylic pieces to jewelry? So far I have been using silicone but it doesn't secure it well enough.

e600 is pretty good at plastic to metal an flexible too. The strongest I have used so far.

Do you mean e6000? If so it doesn't work. It melts the paint. If you do mean e600 I will keep searching and see if I can find it.

Ladies Nail Varnish Joe, it will bond to the paint and so long as you don't put too much pressure on it during application it will dry before it has chance to do any damage. If you use nail varnish as the second colour and as a glue at the same time that may do it too.

best wishes

Hot glue gun might do the trick, if you get those in the US of A, sure you do, also can be got of with a bit of effort unlike most glue.

Epoxy glue or 3m VHB (Very high bond) double sided tape will work

I wanted to avoid epoxy due to having to mix it. We ended up using a gell super glue. To my surprise it didn't harm the paint.
