I had an article/chart I used to sharpen all sorts of lathe tools, Roughing Gouges, skew chisels, parting tools and many more. The chart explained the difference in angles for differing grain of wood, as well as other issues.
Somehow, I lost that document. Does anyone know where I could get this information? I been around the net for several days, with no great luck.
I have Richard Raffan's Third edition of 'Turning Wood', in which he expalins sharpening various tools. But this is not the chart/article of which I am searching..
