Target EM9000 over EM6000?

I am in the middle of finishing a project. Have applied one coat of Target coating EM6000 but I'm not sure I'll have enough for a second coat.
I have a gallon of EM9000. Can I apply 9000 over 6000 or there is some adhesion issues?
Ordering more EM6000 takes several days as the only supplier is in a different town....

according to target they are compatible.
