I've read a lot of posts on here where people mentioned using One Shot Paints on various projects. I was in a local art supply store the other day and picked up a small (1 pint?) can for $14........does anyone have a supplier that sells this stuff any cheaper?

One Shot ain't cheap. It's really good stuff and I have never seen anybody discounting it.

I have never seen it on sale either, at least in the last 5 years I have used it. It does go a long way tho. One other trick I found is to use their high temp or low temp reducer (pending your conditions either high or low) and it will help with it lasting longer and drying faster.

Good luck!

If you like it, you might try Ronan Aquacoat. I like it better than 1 shot and it's water soluble. Dick Blick is as good a place as any to get things.

Steve;
What are you using it for? I use a lot of paint for artwork type projects so am not concerned about wear or durability. I use grafitti spray paint-Montana or Molotow-about 5 bucks a can-many colors-google online.

I think I'm just in enamel paint denial.....$23 per pint......ugh. The Ronan was only $17 though....LOL! George, I've used Montana too and like them....but these enamel paints are a totally different look.

$17 worth of Ronan will last you a long, long time.

I always get OneShot at the sign supply, maybe a dollar less, and wholesale so not tax.

Have you tried getting the pints and putting it in a Preval?
