Looking for short leg attachment hardware screws

I dont know what there called. I am picturing a double ended screw with opposing threads with a flat washer in the middle. I want to attach short 3 inch wood legs under some cabinets. I also want to add some legs to my ottoman that has wheels on it.
I see things like this http://www.doityourself.com/forum/hardware-fasteners/466480-double-ended-lagbolt-opposing-threads.html , but is that there used for or is there one with a washer that stops it at full depth?

Hanger bolts have a wood screw one end and a machine screw the other.

Dowel screws have wood screws both ends.

You'll need to supply the washer.
