Hello Creekers
I have not acquired some great baltic birch. I have been experimenting with the best settings for my machine and came up with running 2 passes at 100(P) 1.0(S). First of all can someone explain what changing the frequency to a higher setting does(currently set at 1000 Hz, what the correction actually does(currently set at 0). Also I am getting brown edges on the top surface, is there any way to eliminate this, the bottom surface has no browning effect on it, it looks perfect? How much air pressure should I runnning, is there such a thing as too much air pressure or will this affect the cutting? Does wetting to the top surface eliminate the browning completely.
