I don't think I would buy it. I don't use mine much and could not justify 100$ when you can get a new small bench top one for around 40. Nice to have when you need it though.

$100 seems a little high. It does look to be in good shape. I am not sure of the vintage if it is US or an import but if US I wouldn't feel bad about $75-$80

Your biggest problem is going to be when tires on wheels let go. Delta will be of no help.
