That's an old beast I have presented here, but not complete.
Was remaining to complete the sanding and make a choice for the base.

text is French, but pictures speak well...


I chose to let it rest on four points and I was pleasantly surprised with this, the back also gives the impression of threatening claws ...
It is this aspect that I show here.


This piece was waiting four years on a shelf the moment I would think about it...
must never despair ! As requested by Steve Schlumpf at that time, here is the animal...


Two coats of danish oil.

Very nice and unique piece---sorta reminds me of my only attempt at a cowboy hat.

Lionel, although nothing you do is very much the same, I would have guessed this was yours by just seeing the picture. Another very creative and pleasing piece.
