Dewalt ROS, fit festool vacuum? (D26451K)

My PC333s are getting rather old...
True Value has the Dewalt ROS for $40. It says it attaches to vacuums, but is vague about how. Will it fit a festool hose like my PC333 does?
About 10% of the reviews says it vibrates excessively. Is that anything to be concerned about; or just a matter of some people not liking anything.

I use Fein adapters on my Festool DE. They fit everything.

After working in the field for umpteen years, I won't use sanders that vibrate excessively (cheap sanders). It just isn't worth the damage it does to your hands. The 90% that didn't comment on the vibration are those that don't know any better.
