Hello All,

Was looking for a decorative bag that could be laser engraved that I could put smaller items such as pendants/earrings into that was cost effective? While putting them in a zip lock bag is functional, it just doesn't show well, and I would like to have my logo on them. Any ideas? Thanks, Marc

A nice colour printed and laser cut card in the Ziplock might do the trick...

I do the same thing Rodne suggested. I print a piece of card stock, then cut it to shape on the laser then attach the item to the card and slip it into the bag.

Take a look through a Uline catalog. They have a number of string tie bags. Some look pretty good.

Hi, Maybe a piece of coloured cotton or denim in the bag, they laser nice and the earings etc could attach to the material

Hi, I know they're not the right size, but perhaps something along the lines of the velvet pen pouches at woodturningz DOT com slash Pen_Pouches.aspx. I'd have no idea where you could find some that are of a more suitable size.

If you go to the Epilog sample club, they have a demo of engraving velvet pouches.....and they provide a link to the supplier.

I plane up scrap hardwood into 3/32" thick stock. Drill a stack with two holes for the earring hooks, and laser engrave on the wood. I slip that into a craft paper jewelry box. I buy the boxes at Store Supply Warehouse. You have to buy 100 boxes, but they sell for as little as $14.96 for 100 boxes.

Thanks Guys,
I will look into these avenues. Maybe even some cardstock envelopes as I would rather they not be transparent. Thanks again-Marc

I recently priced velvet pouches on Alibaba .. but don't remember who I was
dealing with. Seems to me they were in the $.15 range for 3"x4" bags

I get pouches from ULINE that I use for coins around $.25 ea. Don't engrave them though.
I could do a decal if I wanted I guess.

Are you set up for dye sub? You may be able to find polyester bags you could transfer to.

Check jewelry sites.

Consider boxes,

on Transline you have to register to get wholesale pricing.
