Access thread closed?

Noticed that the thread was closed, but no resolution yet.
Is that normal for this group? Or is it something about
this particular vendor?

I wanted to keep an eye on that thread because I'm considering
making purchases and that was one of the vendors I had talked
to. But when a thread like that closes and we don't see how it
is (or isn't) resolved, it lessens our ability to make an informed
decision.

The thread in question was closed inadvertently, it has been reopened.
The vendor in question is not being given any preferential treatment.
