Small service gloat-or-surprise!

:) We are setting up a trailer for my son on a pasture south of the house. When I wnt to the rural elecrtic coop to order the pole they put it in my name and siad "that will be five dollars." I asked if I could get a second pole and they said sure, for another five spot. I am now getting a service right next to the shop with 200 amp service (instead of the 100 that I ran from the house.)
I also aked about 3 phase, I run two machines on 3 phase and the said We'll give you the first 300 feet free but then its $9. per foot. The lines are about 1/2 mile away. Oh well, stay with my 65% and forget 100%.

Ed, that sounds great! One of the really big advantages of a Co-op. With a bigger company it would probably mean two completely separate bills with big instalation charges for both.
