Saw this link on the woodrat page. Seems that they are interested in sending woodworking tools to Africa, I assum mostly hand tools. I sent them an email, and will post any response.

I hope they send a list of the tools they are looking for.
The web site indicates they are looking for quantity not
quality. I certainly has some lesser tools in the shed I could do without.

I think you might have misread that :o -

Really neat idea, though since it's headquartered in the UK, shipping costs might be an obstacle. Wonder if there might be any corporate partners willing to get tools from the US to the UK?
