Kentucky Coffeetree

Just scored about 60 bf, air dried. No project in mind, but would like any suggestions about suitable projects/uses.

Very interesting tree that I had never heard of. I guess the biggest attraction to woodworkers is the fact that it has very little sap wood.

A fellow woodworker tried some and said it is the hardest wood he ever worked. Said it took hours to joint and plane. Has a pleasant tan color. Let us know how it works out.
