I sent them an email, they left out the most important part of the tip. The problem I have with the disk is that when they set out they curl up and it makes them harder to put on the sander.

What I did was to put a 1/2" block of MDF on the top of them and that keeps them flat and much easier to install, you can do it with one hand.
