This is a parachute unit from WW II I believe, It may be included in their set, but it probably isn't.

Does it have to be vector?

Just did a google search of that crest and if you are handy with the pen tool in either Corel or Illustrator you could trace that without too much trouble. For something without color you would be looking at about an hours worth of work. Sometimes I find it's quicker to do that than looking for a vector.
