Dining room table end extensions

I hope someone can help a newbie to flatwork. I spend most of my time on SMC at the turners forum. I need to build adining roon table with leaf extensions that come out the end of the table and raised to the level of the table top. The leaf extensions are stored under the table. The loml seen these somewhere and of course she wants them but can't remember where it was. Does anyone know of a supplier that sales the hardware to make these extensions.

I found the information I needed. Lee Valley makes the table extensions hardware I was looking for. Thanks to all who viewed my post and now I will return to the turners forum.
