Hi, all -
Recently picked up a "new" camera - a wooden 8x10 field camera:

New toy! (http://www.flickr.com/photos/scott--/8723363563/) by Scott -- (http://www.flickr.com/people/scott--/), on Flickr
I'm considering a refinish job on this, but need to ID the wood. The camera is likely Indian-made, anywhere from the '20s to the '50s. Typically, those cameras were made from teak. But this doesn't look like aged teak to me. Anyone have any ideas, just by looks?

Thanks,
Scott
