Help in sourcing piece

Anyone know of a source for this thing? I have one source, but it's a retail source and I'd like to find a wholesale source.

It's solid metal, the little gem things look like different colors depending on which way you hold it. Then the plastic has a vein in it, like fake marble. But it is solid metal, not plastic (except for the plastic piece).

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
