theres a Wilton 4002 1x42 inch belt and disk sander for sale on CR for $400.00. the delta i just junked was $125.00. i like these little sanders, they're handy. what can the Wilton or Jet have going for $500.00 new? or $400.00 used for that matter. id go $200.00 if someone said they're the ultimate.

If the belt is your primary use on this I would take a look at the Kalamazoo (http://www.amazon.com/Kalamazoo-Sander-Motor-Contact-Wheel/dp/B000REJM3K/ref=pd_sim_sbs_indust_1)'s. The 2" model is available without the motor if you wanted to step up to a full horse or whatever you may have around.

I got a kalamazoober at the thrift store. I think that I paid 20 dollars, and it was well worth that price.

great. i have a 1/3 and a 3/4 hp motor just sitting around. who sells the 2 inch without motor? im coming up dry.
