I love the product, but in my haste put some of them in before marking their position with the marking gauges. Does anyone know if it is possible to remove these once embedded in the wood? I'd like to remove them, actually mark their position on the drawer box then re-use them if possible.

thanks,
Charlie

What Blum drawer product are you using?

295.1000 - the drawer front adjusters. They're 20 mm in diameter and go into a hole that's 10 mm deep drilled into the drawer front.

Can't you just measure and mark the position onto the drawer box? Seems simpler than trying to remove and replace (You only have to get so close)

Been there, done that........repeatedly-
Cut a piece off of a couple of drawer front screws about 3/8" long; file a point on one end and thread them into the adjusters with the point out and use them to mark the holes on the drawer. Then take them out and SAVE them.

Mark has the right idea - otherwise you need to carefully break them apart. The plastic surround will cut nicely with a sharp chisel until you can remove the center and whatever else is left. Ask me how I know that :D.

Thanks, Mark. I'll do that.
