Need advice

Found a 2009 Grizzly 3hp 10" Table Saw w/ cast extension and fold out slider w/ all the goodies, and barely used for $5 Hun, Is this a good deal? My main is a
5hp uni but have room for the Grizzly.

We do need more info but those cabinet table saws are around a grand new and this saw is still pretty new. $500 is a good deal assuming it is in working order.

Will pick up Friday afternoon seen it bout 4 months ago w/ I picked up a 24" Drum-sander, at that point it was on craige's list for 14 hun, I looked at it and thought it was a nice saw but to much money for a import. Got e-mail today from this woman that it has to leave the property because the property was sold and the saw is last thing there. Says if I give her the same as Drum-sander (5 hun) I could have it...Drum sander was a deal in it's self. Hour and half drive into the sticks was worth it IMO. Might sell it got 5 table saws now...2 Deltas 3 junk..Never had a slider before.
