I have a gcc new mercury.
I have a question. Do not know if it's firmware Mercury III is compatible with the new mercury?
I had a problem with firmware new mercury and service technician to rewrite my laser frimware of mercury III.
Everything was OK but is the problem with Rotary Attachment.
Laser with rotary works but when working the machine starts beeping sounds and time in the display will freezes ... but the laser works on..
The job completes but then laser freezes and does not respond. I must laser turn off and turn on.
