The construction technique appears top notch. I especially like how you lined up the top ring segments so that the sloped points all come together. That is really hard to do since you have to align the pieces all the way through from the outside to the inside.

Since you asked for C&C, my only criticism is that the actual form of the vase is not very appealing to me. The base seems kind of wide, there is a very abrupt change in direction at the shoulder, and the top feature ring, while superbly crafted, looks like it was almost an after thought and curves outward and then inward.

I would use the same skills in putting the next one together, as that is very nice, but concentrate more on the overall form. Look forward to seeing the next one.
