Does anyone celebrate May Day anymore? We use to make May Baskets out of construction paper, fill them with candy, set them on the steps of each neighbor girl, knock and then run like heck LOL! Of course the cute ones always caught you!

When I was in grade school we celebrated with May Pole ceremony .Im going to give a disk with our 3rd grade festivities to the school; its from an old movie film taken by my mother. It also includes a Studebaker parked on the street. I don't know which way it was pointed......it was a Studebaker.

It's May Day, or International Workers Day, so let the workers work. I'll skip the festivities, if you don't mind.

My family used to celebrate May Day years ago. I miss the Feats of Strength competitions.

China has been on a three day holiday for the last three days. They'll be back tomorrow and so my evening calls will recommence.
