I have a older D4 and haven't used it for a couple of years. I'm wondering if there are any updates and ad ons to the jig that are must haves or at least nice-to-haves? I'd like to be able to machine both drawer front and side at the same time, like other jigs, but if I'm not mistaken, the Leigh was never able to do that...right? Boy...it's been a while.

Leigh has several upgrades for the D4 jigs, including a kit to convert the jig to cut both pins & tails at once.
The vacuum & router support is in my opinion a must have.
They also have templates for cutting finger joints & isoloc joints.

Second the vacuum & router support. That is ESSENTIAL for the D4 jig.

Is pricing the same everywhere or is there somewhere in particular I should look for the best deal?

I believe the prices are the same most places.
Woodcraft, Lee Valley & Highland Hardware are good places to buy from.

I have received the D4R upgrade from Leigh last month to have the ability to route half-blind dovetail pins and tails at the same time. I've made the jig to hold each finger to drill each hole, just haven't got around to actually drilling holes yet. It looks pretty straight forward, and I think will be a nice upgrade when its finished.

That is what I did. I think by the time I purchased the upgrade and paid shipping its right around 40 dollars.
