Issues with registering a Corel Product

I have been trying to register Corel PDF Fusion so it gets rid of the watermark.

When I try online I get error saying wrong format... Any ideas on this?

It really gets agrivating all the hoops software companies make us jump through after we buy there
products just to use it........ :(

Phone numbers just go to voicemail... :(

Were you trying to cut-and-paste the S/N from the purchase email or type it in directly? One of my pet peeves with software companies is when they send you a 20-character S/N with hyphens but the form to enter it really doesn't want anything except the actual characters.

I typed it in, both ways with hypens and without. Adobe at least gives you text blocks so it makes it easier...

For the record, I just looked at mine, and it's 16-character, four groups of four.
