Anyone have a Galaxy S3 and Ford Sync?

I'm eligible for an upgrade in May. Perfectly happy with my iPhone 4 EXCEPT that it doesn't work on Verizon 4GLTE which can be an issue in crowded areas (like airports or when the women drag me to the mall.) Before I drop $300 on an iPhone 5 I want to look at other options and the $49-$99 S3 looks interesting. 100% Sync compatibility is a must though--anyone have both?

I've got the Galaxy S3 and Verizon. Works fine. My son had a Ford Explorer with the Sync system. He had both Iphone and an Android, neither worked well with the Ford Sync. So he just unloaded it at a loss as the Sync system kept failing. Left him stranded once too often. Hope you have better luck than my son with the Ford Sync system. From what he found out it didn't matter what the phone system was, it was the Ford Sync that was the problem. He went through 3 upgrades to the Sync. Minimal help. He's back with an Iphone 4 and happy. My wife has the Iphone 5 and it works fine with Verizon.

Sync works great in both our 2009 F150 and 2011 Milan with our iPhones 4's The only time I ever have a little trouble is if we are both leaving at the same time and both vehicles try to connect to my phone. Then if it gets confused its just a matter of turning Bluetooth on and off on the phone.

Sync works good with my S3. I listen to music through the phone and send directions through sync. Never had a problem. I have a 2012 F-150.

Have '12 Ford Focus. Sync works well with my wife's S3 and my dumbphone. Both are on Verizon.

I love my GS3. SYNC works great.
