Any one ever use Aspire to create files to cut on a laser. If so how did it work out for you.
Thanks.

I have been curious about this too, I have a number of 3d patterns I'd love to use the laser for.
Ill have to try and give it a shot soon to see if I can "print" from aspire, guess its also time for the 64bit Epilog driver too!
Hope others have advice too!

HI Ron,
I use V-Carve to draw and then export the drawings as a DXF file to the laser or other software.
Works great.
You can also export the DXF to Auto-Cads True-View viewing program and send the file to a print driver.

YEs I use both as well, from Aspire to Corelx5 and back. Works well.

I use Aspire as well. Only as a 2D program. Since my laser is Chinese, I have to export in mm and save in a dxf file format.

Has anyone ever been able to export a 3d pattern? I saw today you can save vectors as eps etc but when trying a 3d pattern I get an error message and can't seem to export it. Would it be better trying to print from aspire and skip Corel?
