Hi all!

When I cut cardboard the edges look very finely perforated, but every so often in totally different places it looks like one little perforation got skipped and the piece has to be cut from the cardboard stock to free it. I assume this perforation is the frequency the laser is using? I also assume that if I can get this closer together that will fix the issue, but I can seem to find a frequency setting in RDCAM 6.

Any ideas?

freq setting is in file/vendor settings , password rd8888. Read first , change if you want and the write..save a copy of the fist one you read as the original , so you can always go back.
Freq should be set at 20 000. Im not sure if any other values are relevant.
Perforations can be made via the dot setting ..an option in the vector cutting dialog under processing mode
What might be happening is that cutting paper requires very low power settings and a lot of tubes wont fire at under 10-15% power.
