Unisaw Age

I am looking at a used Unisaw for sale. Model #34-450. S/N: CS 4923. The price is: $550. From the pictures it appears in good condition. It has a uni-fence, and the original fence is also included. Can anyone tell me the age, and if this seems like a fair price? Thank-you. Gary
