I like the "art deco" squarish thing you have going on the totes, especially the jointer - it's really nice, also the color work with the woods is beautiful and goes with the art deco look. I really like the work on that one! I do wonder how comfortable the tote is, but anyway it inspires me to make something like it.


the shape for the smoothers is very interesting, especially in light of the recent thread I opened about plane shapes. are they comfortable?
esthetically I think the "boxy" look clashes with the body shape, they look unfinished.


are the metal bodies from old metal planes?

its hard to tell which I like best. The #4 is sold, but I liked it.
