new to the forum and to woodworking.
I got a keller 1600 Journeyman's jig and did several dovetails for drawers on a project. made a few "z" corners as described on YouTube and finally figured that out. My question; I have "scored" or "chinked" my template. Now one tail is out of whack when I do the cutting. I have emailed Mr. Keller to see if a replacement template is available but have not hear back yet...has anyone else had this experience or am i the only "neanderthal?"

when trying to learn how to do the making of the box and have 4 corners it was confusing to me when flip the board or rotate the board to make the corners form the box. When I got it wrong, they connected at 270* rather than in 90* making a "Z." i got that from the youtube presenter for the jig.."mad mike" i think his name was...like i said...im new
