DeWalt Right Amgle Driver Drill

I have been looking at getting a right angle drill/driver and DeWalt seems to be in the running. Which woul.d be the better the 12 volt or the 14 volt? I seem to recall that one of the DeWalt batteries were a problem and if so what is the problem. Let me know what are the thoughts of others.

Either one would be an OK choice. I have the 14.4V Dewalt as my normal cordless is a 14.4v Dewalt. When I bought the right angle drill I bought it without a charger and without battery, it was a fair bit cheaper.
